Dr. Theresa Sengooba is the Regional Coordinator for the East Africa Program for Biosafety Systems (PBS), and specifically for the Uganda Program. PBS is a Program under the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) based in Washington DC.
She has worked in multidisciplinary and multicultural settings and provided leadership in Agricultural Research in Uganda and its management as well as in agricultural education and outreach programs. Has been extensively involved in S&T project developments, execution as well as in monitoring and evaluation.
