Bio-Innovate program is set up to attract innovative ideas under its thematic focus areas through competitive calls for proposals that it periodically sends out. The Bio-Innovate Call for Concept Notes is a two-stage process involving submission and review of concept Notes, followed by invitations for full proposals. Successful proposals are identified and funded through an elaborate and rigorous Competitive Grant Scheme(CGS) .
