BioInnovate works closely with the African Union New Partnership for Africa’s Development (AU/NEPAD) Planning and Coordinating Agency (NPCA) in strengthening regional collaboration in science and technology to enable the continent to adapt the rapid advances and promises of modern biosciences. NEPAD is represented on the BioInnnovate Technical Advisory Committee (TAC), which inter alia will provide technical guidance on Program implementation issues, a peer review mechanism for the competitive grant scheme and ensure consistency with regional agendas – www.nepad.org |
