Our May 2020 photo of the month features Ethiopian Biotechnology Institute (EBTi) contribution to the response to coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic. The institute is serving as a COVID-19 testing center. EBTi is an implementing partner organization of a BioInnovate Africa supported project on small-scale community-based biorefineries to produce syrups and other products from sorghum stems.
