Belinda is a lecturer at the Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology in Kenya, where she is also pursuing her Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry. Her doctoral research is centered on “Investigation for Mycochemicals and Total Phenolic Content for Antioxidant Activity of Selected Medicinal Mushrooms in Western Kenya”.
She has worked as a research assistant at Kenyatta University in Kenya, where she gained experience in various aspects of biochemical research. Her research has led to significant advancements in understanding the antioxidant properties of medicinal mushrooms and their potential applications.
She holds a master’s degree in Chemistry and a bachelor of science degree in Chemistry, both from Kenyatta University.
